These are the terms for using Clearing. They are short on purpose. By creating an account you agree to them.
What Clearing is
Clearing is a reflection tool. It helps you name what matters to you and notice when you keep postponing it. It is not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and it does not replace a professional. Its observations are built from what you tell it and can be wrong. You decide what to do with them.
Your account
You need to be at least 16 and you are responsible for keeping access to your email secure, since sign-in links go there. One account per person. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.
Your content
Everything you write stays yours. You give us permission to store it, process it with the services described in our privacy policy, and show it back to you. We do not claim ownership and we do not use it to promote Clearing.
Free and Plus
The free plan includes building your Life Map, your first insights, and your first four weekly reviews. Plus is a monthly or yearly subscription billed through Stripe. You can cancel from Settings at any time; access continues until the end of the period you paid for. Prices are shown before you pay and may change with notice for future periods. Refund requests: email us within 14 days of a charge and we will sort it out.
Acceptable use
Do not use Clearing to harm others, to break the law, to probe or overload the service, or to feed it content you have no right to share. We may suspend accounts that do.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep Clearing available and to warn you before meaningful changes, but we cannot promise uninterrupted service. We may change or discontinue features. If we ever shut down, we will give you time to export your data.
Liability
Clearing is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
